Holiday Bible Club 2018

A group from Indianola Christian Union Church from Indianola, Iowa came this year to lead our Holiday Bible Club (VBS). We have a connection with the church through Jake and Trish Gudde who now serve in Iowa. They were attending Central Christian College of the Bible the same time Stephen was.

The theme was "Gadgets and Gizmos" so we decorated the church in lots of multi-colored paper gears. Once the group got here, they took over with basically everything. Stephen did end up leading the music and we arranged snacks. 

 We had a small group of kids, but they really enjoyed it. They listened well to the lessons and played the games with excitement. We are glad to be able to serve our church kids in this way. The group also ended up taking down all of the decorations and cleaning the church on the last day. We really appreciated them!

After it was over on Friday we had all of them, plus our teammates and inters over for pizza at our apartment. All 18 of us fit in and everyone had a place to sit!
