April 2017 Germany Trip-Part 1

After the Central team left, there was a flurry of activity, getting prepared to leave for Germany! We were headed there for the annual Kontaktmission conference and team retreat. This year we left a few days early so that we could visit our friends Sascha and Eva.... and RELAX a little bit!

It was wonderful to be away from it all, hardly any internet connection as well, so we were forced to step away from it. We needed it, badly.

We would mostly hang out as a family in the mornings and in the afternoons/evenings we would hang out with Sascha and Eva. Some of the activities we had were going to a French market, a playground, a petting zoo,  and seeing their church. It was so nice to catch up with them and see how they are doing.

On Saturday we headed over to Wüstenrot for the start of the Kontaktmission conference that would begin the next morning.
