Hit the Jackpot

We found pumpkin!!! We went a little nuts at Aldi and bought 12 cans.



Then I went ahead and made some delicious pumpkin bread and pumpkin scones. It is nice to have some to be able to use it whenever I want instead of saving it for just special occasions and just for pumpkin pie.
