VBS at Philadelphia Christian Church

July 18-21 we were at VBS at Philadelphia Christian Church in Philadelphia Missouri. We missed the last night as we were traveling down to Texas. It was so special to be able to talk to the kids every night about what it will be like to be in Ireland and what our ministry there might look like. The kids were really quiet at first (I think some of it had to do with the excessive heat!), but they really opened up by the end of the week. A couple of nights we opened with some old camp songs like "Baby Shark" and "Lord's Army" and they seemed to get a thrill out of that. Here's some pictures of the Bible lessons during the week.
